    • What if I have a dental emergency?

      Whole Earth Dentistry is available all the time for emergencies. If you are having an emergency situation (pain, bleeding or swelling), call our office at:

      Typically you can be seen by Whole Earth Dentistry  for a serious dental emergency within 24 hours.

    • What Insurances do you accept?

      Our office is able to bill all forms of dental insurance except medicaid. We participate with: Delta Dental Premier and PPO (Washington Dental Service), Regence, Premera, and Lifewise. We also accept payment in Cash, Check, Credit card and Care Credit.

    • What is your cancellation policy?

      We require 48 business hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Unexcused missed appointments will incur a $75 Broken Appointment Fee. 

    • What payment plan do you offer uninsured patients?

      Under some limited circumstances, Dr. Gutkin will extend in house payment plans for up to three payments. Longer payments plans are available through CareCredit.
